December 2009!!!

Christmas 2009!

We were SUPER busy in December and i haven't posted anything in forever! Well it feels like forever! So many exciting things happened in December! Getting ready for Jax, trying to buy a house, seeing all of our family for the holidays, getting married and watching Chloe learn something new everyday... the list could go on and on! I feel like 2010 is going to be a WONDERFUL year and i cant even explain how full of joy I am thinking about the future of our family!

We had a great Christmas and Chloe has enough toys to last her for the next 5 years! One kid doesn't need that many toys! We feel so blessed to have such a great family! We are surrounded by the most supportive family and friends, I couldn't imagine life without any one of them, they care for us beyond what we deserve!

Scott and I were married on December 31, 2009! Its my dads birthday as well! It was such a special day, and i will never forget it!

We are ALL ready for Jax to get here! He will be here in exactly a week! :) I cant wait until we are the parents of 2 gifts from God!!! My parents will not only have a granddaughter they are about to have a grandson!

2010 is going to be a hard year to beat! I cant wait to see what God has planned for us!

Christmas is almost here!! Whats even more exciting is Jax will be here soon after that! We are counting down the days until he gets here! Chloe is talking up a storm and will be saying complete sentences in a few weeks! haha She has learned to say JAX! When i say Chloe where is baby Jax, she pats and points to my tummy and says Jax, its hard for her to say it perfectly but she thinks she is saying it right! :) Its so precious! She has been able to say mommy for a few months, but now she runs around saying "mommy, mommy!" Its so so cute! I love hearing her little voice call my name! Here are 2 videos of her saying Jax!

Baby Jax!!

Thanksgiving was a blast this year!! It was Chloes 2nd thanksgiving! She had so much fun running around outside on such a beautiful day! She played in the leaves, watched daddy throw the football with her uncles, spent time with her aunt Meghan, ate lots of great food, kissed lots of family and of course i cant leave out her trying to kiss a huge spider! Yikes! I am not afraid of bugs and it looks like Chloe isn't either! haha We were surrounded by family all day, and watched the cowboys win! :)

I am thankful for so much, its hard to name everything, so i will just name a few! I am so thankful for my parents, they are the most incredible people i know, Scott, you are my first true love, and you will be my last! Thank you so much for putting up with my moodiness (especially through this pregnancy) Meghan, my sister, thank you for being there when i needed a shoulder to lean on, my precious Chloe, you have brought so much joy into my life, i love you with all of my heart, baby Jax, I am so thankful God has blessed us with you, words cant describe how happy we are, you are so loved and you aren't even here yet! Im so thankful for my church, my wonderful friends and family that i have been blessed with and just my life in general! Last but not least, I am so thankful for my Lord Jesus Christ, You have given me so much that i dont deserve! Help me to keep my eyes focused on you Always!!

ZOO April 2009

Before I started this blog, we had taken many exciting trips to the zoo! So I decided to post some pictures of the the cool animals Chloe has seen! Im not sure who loves the zoo more... me or Chloe! :)

Chloe can talk!!!

Since Chloe has been around a year old, she has been able to say many words! Today i got some videos of her saying mommy, babies, apple, pumpkin and ball!!! These are her favorite words right now!!! Its sooo adorable when she goes into her room, looks and points at all of her stuffed animals and dolls and says in the cutest voice "babies"! She loves her babies and daddy lets her pick out the ones she wants to sleep with every night! Its the cutest thing! When we are at the grocery store and we walk by all the fruit and she sees the apples or anything that looks like an apple, she lets me know! :) She has lots of balls, all different sizes and loves to throw them! Ball was one of the first words she learned! She loves the word pumpkin, but cant exactly say it the right way! Its so cute because she thinks she is saying it! She learned how to say pumpkin a few weeks before Halloween! Perfect timing my little ladybug! We still have one and every time she sees it she tries to say it, you will see in the video!!! And of course she loves me so much, so she loves to say mommy or mama!!! :) haha

My sweet girl knows some sign language! Ive talked a little about it in a previous post and have posted a video of her doing a few signs she knows, but i honestly think this one is the greatest!!! Chloe can say thank you, but she puckers her lips like she is blowing a kiss!! I think its super cute so i had to get a video of her doing it!!! :)

Baby Shower for JAX!!

I feel soo blessed!! My baby shower for our sweet baby boy was this past weekend, and i couldnt have asked for a better day!! My good friend Abbie threw the shower for me at her house and it was soooo much fun!! :) So many wonderful friends and family came and we got so many great boy things!! GOD is so AWESOME!!!

Chloe loves to swing!

Chloe loooves to swing!! Well im sure most kids do, but its so cute to watch her smile and hear her laugh! I can tell she gets that feeling in her tummy like I do when im on a roller coaster! Maybe she will be like me and love roller coasters! :) Oh that will be a fun day when we go to Six Flags for the first time! I still remember my mom taking me and my sister to Looney Toon Land!! I was all over the place! I cant wait to do so many things with my little rascals! Watching Chloe laugh and have a blast is so amazing to me! One of the many joys of being a mom!

Naps and Bedtime

One of the many things that i love about Chloe is that she usually doesnt get fussy when its time for her nap! She plays for as long as she can then she very easily goes to sleep! Some times she will be playing one minute and the next minute i will look over at her and she is out without a peep! haha Chloe has to be the best little girl when it comes to taking naps and bedtime! :) She is 15months and takes a nap anywhere from 1-3 during the day, she will be down for usually an hour sometimes 2! She goes to bed around 9 or 9:30, sometimes earlier depending on how early we got up that morning! I have no excuse to not get plenty of rest and sleep! But of course i keep myself busy so i am pretty worn out most of the time! I feel so blessed to have Chloe as my first child. She has been such a joy and i cant think of one thing i would change! This does kind of worry me when it comes to our precious baby boy who is going to be here in January! haha I am so excited for him to get here! I know him and Chloe are going to be different, lets just hope he is as good of a baby Chloe has been, because honestly he couldnt be easier than her, just as easy... lets hope soooo!! :) Its just so much fun thinking about how different they are doing to be, im worried things will be harder because we will already have our little angel Chloe but at the same time im sooo ready for a challenge! Words can not express how overjoyed i am to be a mother of 2! GOD IS SO AWESOME!!!
